Texas A&M has landed a commitment from Hutchinson C.C.’s Claude George. The Louisiana Native is 6’3” 230lbs and plays very aggressive. Recruited by linebacker coach Mark Hagen, the 3-star prospect received the Aggie offer yesterday. It did not take him long to announce his intentions to play ball at A&M. George still has not visited A&M but will take an official visit for the Missouri game in two weeks.
Claude’s commitment gives the Aggies their 20th commit of the 2015 recruiting class and also its 4th linebacker. The Aggies are facing depth issues especially at the linebacker position and are placing an emphasis on fixing it. The JUCO prospect will go a long ways in remedying that. George will be a mid-term enrollee and could compete for a starting position next year. He will have 3 years to play 2 upon his arrival to A&M.
